Green Tea Bath

Coarse Salt Bath
Using natural coarse salts for bathing is a fitness secret of many Japanese girls. Salt bath can help to get poisoning elements out of your body and keep skin moisturized. It can also help blood circulation so to reduce fat level. Here is how to take a salt bath.
1. Add two spoons of the coarse salts into the bathing water of 40 degrees Celsius. 2. Soak your body in the water for five minutes. 3. Leave the water for thirty seconds, then get back in again. 4. Repeat the process for two to three times. 5. Take a soap shower to wash off any salt residuals.
Lemon Bath
Lemons contain rich vitamin C, which can effectively stimulate skin’s vas capillary and accelerate blood circulations. Taking a lemon bath is relative simple. At first, wrap lemon slices. Secondly, place the wraps in bathing water. Finally, soak your body in the water for about 30 minutes.
